Reviews and Ratings
Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, particularly during the less crowded weekdays. The service was generally good, and the facilities were nice, although the dining options could use some variety. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, but I was a bit disappointed with the limited amenities in the romance room I booked. There were some minor nuisances, such as the persistent upselling attempts, but the experience was enjoyable overall.
During my stay at the hotel, I found it to be a decent spot for a family vacation, especially because of the beachfront access which is great for kids. However, the rooms were quite small and not very well kept, and communication with the staff was a bit of a challenge since many didn’t speak English well. The dining options were mediocre, and I felt that the overall value for what I paid was lacking. Additionally, I experienced quite a few upselling attempts that were more annoying than helpful.
The hotel has an excellent location with stunning views of the bay, particularly in December when it's fully booked. The service here is outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a relaxing experience; Carlos Gama in particular was a standout. However, the food options are quite limited and not up to par. Despite this, we'd still consider returning for the fantastic beach environment and the great service.
I had a short stay at Park Royal in Acapulco. While the service was good and the hotel was clean, I found the food options to be very limited and repetitive. I wouldn't recommend the timeshare offers, as my experience with that was quite disappointing. It’s a decent choice for a brief visit, but I wouldn't stay for longer due to the lack of variety in dining and activities.
Our stay was at a bustling resort catering mainly to Mexican families, and while we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, it sometimes felt overwhelming, especially around the pool area. The food options were limited, mostly average, and the restaurant experience was often hindered by noise. We found some aspects, like room maintenance and accessibility, to be lacking for a convenient family vacation.
