Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, particularly during the less crowded weekdays. The service was generally good, and the facilities were nice, although the dining options could use some variety. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, but I was a bit disappointed with the limited amenities in the romance room I booked. There were some minor nuisances, such as the persistent upselling attempts, but the experience was enjoyable overall.
Rooms
7.0
The romance room was clean and comfortable, but I expected more amenities like a mini bar and drawers next to the bed. It wasn't ideal that the TV signal was weak.
Service
7.0
Most staff members were friendly and helpful, but there were times when they were too insistent about upselling membership options, which became annoying.
Location
8.0
The location was beautiful with access to a private beach, although I did notice some areas that could benefit from renovation.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were decent, but I found the breakfast selection to be limited. I particularly enjoyed the omelet station but wished for more variety throughout the stay.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were generally good, with a nice pool area, but I feel they could enhance the drink variety at the pool bar.

5.4/10
During my stay at the hotel, I found it to be a decent spot for a family vacation, especially because of the beachfront access which is great for kids. However, the rooms were quite small and not very well kept, and communication with the staff was a bit of a challenge since many didn't speak English well. The dining options were mediocre, and I felt that the overall value for what I paid was lacking. Additionally, I experienced quite a few upselling attempts that were more annoying than helpful.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were cramped and in need of better maintenance. The furnishings felt outdated, and there were cleanliness issues that were concerning.
Service
5.0
I found the service to be frustrating at times, particularly with staff pushing for upsells and not addressing my inquiries effectively.
Location
7.0
The location is convenient with beautiful beach access, but the hotel itself feels dated and could use some renovations.
Dining
6.0
The food options were average at best, and while the beach-side restaurant had potential, the menu was limited and didn't impress much.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area was decent, but there were cleanliness issues with empty trays and garbage left unattended.
Beautiful beach access
Poor room maintenance

6.8/10
The hotel has an excellent location with stunning views of the bay, particularly in December when it's fully booked. The service here is outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a relaxing experience; Carlos Gama in particular was a standout. However, the food options are quite limited and not up to par. Despite this, we'd still consider returning for the fantastic beach environment and the great service.
Rooms
6.0
Although the rooms were clean, they had a bit of a cave-like smell and didn't include a safety box, which was inconvenient.
Service
8.0
The service was very attentive, and the staff was friendly and helpful, although there were moments of aggressive upselling that detracted from the experience.
Location
9.0
The location is beautiful, with easy access to the almost private beach, making it very family-friendly.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing, with very few good options and low-quality drinks.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has a wonderful kids' pool that feels very safe; however, the main pool area can get a bit loud and overwhelming.

I had a short stay at Park Royal in Acapulco. While the service was good and the hotel was clean, I found the food options to be very limited and repetitive. I wouldn't recommend the timeshare offers, as my experience with that was quite disappointing. It's a decent choice for a brief visit, but I wouldn't stay for longer due to the lack of variety in dining and activities.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean, but had a very limited ocean view and we only received one towel for all three of us.
Service
7.0
The staff went out of their way to serve us and were generally excellent, though the persistent upselling for timeshare presentations was annoying.
Location
5.0
The location felt dated and far from the city center, requiring expensive taxi rides to get anywhere, which was inconvenient.
Dining
5.0
Dining was quite disappointing, with low-quality food that remained the same every day; even basic items like pancakes were burned.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were basic and did not offer much in terms of entertainment, particularly after 8 PM.

Our stay was at a bustling resort catering mainly to Mexican families, and while we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, it sometimes felt overwhelming, especially around the pool area. The food options were limited, mostly average, and the restaurant experience was often hindered by noise. We found some aspects, like room maintenance and accessibility, to be lacking for a convenient family vacation.
Rooms
6.0
The room was clean but felt somewhat like a cave with limited ocean views. Maintenance could have been better.
Service
7.0
The service was on the whole attentive, but sometimes it felt like the staff were pushing for upselling which became annoying without solving other issues we encountered.
Location
6.0
The location was easy to access, but amenities like the beach and pool had limited infrastructure during peak times, which made it difficult to fully enjoy.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were disappointing; lunch had only one restaurant mainly focused on seafood, and dinner options were limited with mostly average food quality.
Facilities
6.0
The pool was lively, but noise levels were high, making it hard to find a quiet spot. While there was a lot going on, some aspects felt dated.
